Museums Open on Immaculate Conception Day, Dec. 8?

Are museums closed on Immaculate Conception Day?
I'll be there 3 days. Is it possible to buy admission tickets in advance?

Hello! Yes, most all are open on that day.

Booking is really only necessary for the most crowded museums, like the Accademia and the Uffizi, check out those pages to see the least expensive way to book!

We went last year 8th to 11th dec ,went to all museums ,walked straight in no queues, just paid at the door ,did not have to book anything ,i think its only worth booking in summer months,loved it so much going again december .
