Free Admission on IWD

On March 8th it is Int'l Women's Day. Is it free admission for women to all museums on this day?

Hello Debbie,

This has not been decided yet. In 2016 women had free entry to the civic museums (not all museums), but for 2017 we don't know yet. The state museums (like the Uffizi, the Accademia - where David is - the Bargello) do not have free entry however.

The most popular civic museum is Palazzo Vecchio and the newer Museo 900.
